FUTURITY ANIMALS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN WATER TUBS AND HAY
Cattle will be tagged at check-in and health papers collected by our team upon arrival.
Please be certain your local vet contacts the Kentucky State Veterinary at 502-564-3956 for a permit number and direction as to the method on your health papers or other documentation. Livestock moved interstate will have to be officially identified and accompanied by an interstate certificate of veterinary inspections (Health paper) or other approved documentation.
L.D. Brown Ag Expo Arena Information:
The arena floor is a 100' x 200' show ring with footing consisting of a loam/sand mixture, chair seating for 2,075, sound system and vendor space. Heating and air-conditioning is coordinated between the Expo and WKU Energy Management. Temperature settings and run-times will be determined by the Expo and will adhere as close as possible to University guidelines for temperature set-points. The holding area has an 84' by 92' concrete floor and can be used to house livestock, serve as a paddock area, or hold exhibits. It is adjacent to both the show and sale arenas and includes two heated wash racks and restrooms, with showers and lockers.

From Interstate 65: Take Exit #20 onto the Natcher Parkway. Take exit 6 and turn left (south) onto Nashville Road. The WKU Farm is on the left. Just past the farm, turn left at the stop light onto Elrod Road. The entrance to the Expo Center is the first drive on the left.
